Dr. med. Barbara Grüter-Heller, Anatomy, Dietetics
Barbara Grüter-Heller studied medicine in Zurich, Neuchâtel, and Lausanne. She worked as a sports physician at the Schulthess Klinik Zurich and holds a degree in sports medicine and manual medicine. She has been practicing at the Sport Clinic Zurich (Hirslanden Clinic) since 2004.
Marina Macura, Music Theory and Music History
Marina Macura is professor of Music. She graduated from Sarajevo Conservatory of Music and the Music Academy of Sarajevo with teaching and concert diplomas in Voice, Conducting, Music Theory, and Piano. Her extensive career includes positions at the Sarajevo Conservatory of Music, the National Theatre of Sarajevo, Stadttheater Lucerne, and the Zurich Opera. Marina is a highly experienced ballet pianist and music teacher for professional ballet dancers and teachers at various seminars and academies. She has also directed and composed various musicals at theatres across Switzerland.
Lic. phil. Eva Maurer, English
Eva Maurer graduated from the University of Zurich with a degree in English and German. She holds a teaching diploma and has taught at various adult education institutions and high schools for over eight years. She has been a freelance language teacher and translator since the year 2000.
Dr. phil. Ursula Pellaton, Dance History, German, Diploma Thesis Supervisor
Ursula Pellaton studied German and Russian at the University of Zurich. She has worked as a ballet critic since 1978, and been publishing on dance history since 1988. She teaches dance history classes for the SBTG, and serves the SBTG and SBLV as an examiner. She is also a board member of the Swiss Dance Archive Foundation and of mediathek.tanz.ch.
Rebecca Steinemann, Anatomy, Dietetics
Rebecca Steinemann completed her training at Zurich University Hospital in 1997. She worked at Hirslanden Clinic as a physiotherapist for five years, during which she undertook two years’ further training in sports physiotherapy. She has been head of physiotherapy at the Sport Clinic Zurich since 2002. She provides medical care and physiotherapeutic rehabilitation for dancers of the Zurich Ballet and taZ students.
