Preparatory Classes

Our preparatory classes aim to promote children’s awareness of their bodies, develop their orientation in space, and enhance their sense of rhythm, movement, and dynamic strength. Classes are designed to encourage creative expression in – and through – the medium of dance. We adopt an age-appropriate approach to Classical Dance throughout. Upon successfully completing our preparatory classes, talented children will be able to transfer to our Introductory Studies programme.

Admission requirements: Physical aptitude for dance; an enthusiasm for movement and music; a readiness for concentrated work and regular attendance of classes.

Introductory Studies

Students attend daily professional level classes to acquire a solid foundation in Classical Dance. Introductory Studies also comprise Character Dance and artistic expression. Promising students will be encouraged to transfer to our Advanced Studies, offering full-time professional training.

Admission requirements: Physical aptitude for Classical Dance; a readiness for concentrated work and regular attendance of classes.

Advanced Studies

Our Advanced Studies programme provides full-time professional training. Upon successful completion, graduates will be able to perform various dance techniques on stage and use their bodies as an instrument allowing artistic expression. Successful candidates are awarded the state-recognized Certificate in Stage Dance.

Admission requirements: Physical aptitude for Classical Dance; a commitment to artistic expression and attaining a professional level in Classical Dance; basic skills in Modern Dance and Character Dance.
